“Great kit, great system. Clear instructions. Only thing i'd add/change is the filler piece used on the frame in the 2-door kit. It's softwood. The frame is oak, the filler needs to match this.”

Hi Jake, Thank you for your lovely feedback! We're really pleased to hear you're happy with the door system overall, and we really appreciate your 5-star review. Regarding the frame filler, are you referring to the frame head plug? This should match your oak frame, so we'd be happy to look into this further for you. If you could share a few photos, please email them to aftercare@vufold.co.uk and our team will be happy to assist. Thanks again for taking the time to share your feedback! Best regards, The Vufold Team

“The instructions have numerous errors, poorly written, missing important details, poor illustrations, etc which makes DIY installation a nightmare.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, Aravind. We're sorry to hear that you found the installation instructions difficult to follow. We'd be interested to hear more about the specific areas you felt were unclear, contained errors, or were missing important details, as we are always looking to improve our products and supporting documentation. The Inspire range is one of our best-selling internal door systems, and we regularly receive positive feedback from customers who have successfully completed DIY installations, with many also sharing photos of their finished projects in our customer gallery. However, we appreciate that every customer's experience can be different, and more detailed feedback would help us review the instructions and identify any areas for improvement. Thank you again for your review. We will carry out our own review of the installation guide, and any additional comments you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Kind regards, The Vufold Team

Many thanks for taking the time to leave another fantastic review, Charles! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We are delighted to hear how pleased you are with your Inspire 2 Door Oak Internal Bi-fold Doors and that both you and your builders were impressed with the quality and ease of installation. What makes your feedback especially valuable is that you have also purchased our Supreme Aluminium Sliding Doors, which are a completely different product range. It's fantastic to know that across both our internal and external door collections, you've experienced the same high standards of quality, value for money and installer-friendly design. We're particularly pleased to hear your builders appreciated the comprehensive fitting pack and the inclusion of all the necessary installation accessories, including the correct drill bits. We believe attention to detail is important, not only in the finished product but throughout the installation process, so it's rewarding to hear this has been recognised across multiple Vufold ranges. Thank you again for your kind feedback and continued support. We really appreciate you highlighting the consistency of quality across our products and look forward to assisting with any future projects you may have. Best regards, The Vufold Team 😊

“Very good easy to install instructions very good the only thing I found was the catch to connect the two doors together when open is not that good probably better off with a magnet catch like on some external bi folds”

Thank you, Ivan! We’re delighted to hear you found our installation instructions easy to follow – that’s great feedback. 👍 We appreciate your comments on the door catch; it’s an optional extra and really comes down to personal preference. You’re more than welcome to use an alternative solution like a magnetic catch if that suits your needs better. Thanks again for sharing your thoughts! Best regards The Vufold Team
