“Quality not what I expected. Ironmongery not up to scratch. Doors were mislabelled so made wrong cut. Not very helpful at first when I contacted them. Gave no apology until I pointed this out. Replaced door and gave £75 which they said would cover for someone to refit, re-varnish and take wrongly cut door away. Still can't find someone to do it at that price!”

“Great looking doors. Unfortunately the installation instructions aren't as good. The diagram for the frame is confusing and there are very few details as to what screws are for which item. An instruction video may be a good idea. None the less, very pleased with the doors.”
