“It's brilliant! Really good quality doors and hardware. The preparation given to the doors made them easy to install: I'm not a strong person but the design made it easy enough for me to fit completely on my own! Preparation (varnishing) takes a bit of time but if a jobs worth doing..... Had one problem in that the door handles I purchased from Vufold had marks on that I couldn't remove. I called, sent photos as requested and received replacement within 2 days! So all in all delighted with my purchase and would thoroughly recommend Vufold.”

“Good quality doors. Was let down in the packaging. Where the frame had been packed it’s allowed some discolouration to the frame (potentially exposed to sun light?). This has became worse upon varnishing them. Would suggest they are all either all covered in the clear film or not used at all to prevent this. Frame now looks like blocks of alternative shades”

“Despite an issue with marks on the frame the overall product is fit for purpose. However now that the builder has finished it had become apparent to that three of the cover caps to the hinges are missing. Can these be acquired.”

Hi Alan, Thank you for taking the time to submit your review and we are sorry to hear of the issues. Having checked our records, we can see that we did previously discuss the marks with you and the issue was found to be caused by the frame box getting wet, and in turn, leaving water marks on the wooden outer frame. When you received the box, you signed the delivery note to confirm all the packaging was in good condition, however, after reviewing the photos you kindly provided, there was significantly large patches of water damage to the outer card packaging. The issue wasn’t reported to us until a week after delivery and after installation, so it left us very limited as to what resolution we could offer at this stage. We have a designated aftercare team who are available to offer assistance for any queries or further support and can be contacted directly by email: aftercare@vufold.co.uk or call 01625 442 899. We will pass this onto our aftercare team for you and they will be more than happy to check if we have a spare hinge end cap for you, however we are a little confused as to why you have requested three, your door set only requires one. A member of the team will contact you directly to get this resolved for you. Best regards Vufold
