“Whole process from ordering to delivery was a excellent journey. Helpful and informative sales and support team helped me navigate what would have been a daunting prospect ( I'm not a natural DIY person) measuring up etc.... The fitters commented on the high quality of the door, frame and mechanisms. Fantastic value for money, I won't hesitate using them again (rare statement from me as I usually say about various suppliers/trades 'I won't use them again" and proceed telling others steer clear!”

“Excellent all around. Ordering on the website was quick and easy with good explanations of terms and information. Installation manuals are available to look at source and before purchase, which is not always the case with companies in the glazing trade. Delivery was very swift, arrived on time and the carrier had everything well packed in vehicle and secure. The driver gave a helping hand to the door and all packages (5 in total) were well secured and undamaged. I had ordered well in advance to ensure that I had time to fully finish sashes as well as having the room reskimmed and painted. This meant that everything was dried out before I installed the outer frame. I finished both the outer frame and sashes with Rustins Quick drying Door oil as it is water-based and I had previously finished a number of oak veneer doors for customers with the same product with no problems. I installed the outer frame with the help of a laser to ensure level and upright and found the factory cutting of the sections to be extremely accurate. The veneer thickness apparent from the cut ends was very superior to the previously mentioned doors and hence gave confidence to the quality of the product. I then carried on with rest of the installation, finding the running gear and fittings to be of very high quality all contributing to an extremely smooth action when using the doors. All in all, very impressed. Cannot fault the whole process and have spread the word amongst my colleagues at work. If I now have a customer who wants an internal bifold door I will again order from Vufold. P.s. I should point out that I am a self-employed carpenter, and will probably be applying for a trade account with Vufold. I find most of the suppliers in my job in this way, by ordering as a retail customer to have an accurate idea of the service etc that I could expect. Over the last ten years or so, I have only applied to three companies for a trade account som that should be an indication of how impressed I have been”
