Live Mealworms Reviews

There's no doubt that more bird lovers would feed live mealworms to their garden birds if only they could get over the sight of all those wriggling little creatures. The rewards of feeding live mealworms far outweigh any misgivings you may have about their wiggle, and the benefits to birds - in particular during the nesting and fledgling season - can be spectacular and can make the difference between survival or otherwise.

The mealworms arrived swiftly and were in excellent condition. They are loved by both my chickens and the wild birds.

Our meal worms arrived by post all ready for feeding to our robins and blackbirds. I repack them from their travelling bag and feed them with bran. Our birds receive several feeds each day enthusiastically. Thanks Vinehouse!

The small birds didn't get a look in even though I put them in the Robin feeder..I'll have to lower the feeder even more and hope the little ones find them ..The Starlings devoured them.

The worms were a lot smaller than I expected and unfortunately didn't attract the bird I wanted, they were all eaten by pigeons.

Was in two minds about buying these but was convinced by the recommendation of the proprietor; to summarise they are a great purchase. The worms are easy to care for, the birds love them and having used them for two years, the number of sparrow fledglings has notably increased in my garden. Give them a go!
