“Heavier than I expected but still very comfortable and a great fit. The outlast liner is very warm and will no doubt get me through the winter months. D30 armour is hardly noticeable. Such a good jacket and an amazing price!”

“Great quality jacket. The fit is bang on to the merlin chart. I've covered around 400 miles since buying and the weather has been dry and warm, so I can't vouch for the water tightness. I'm riding without the thermal liner at the moment but I've tried it with it fitted and obviously things get more snug but still no problems. The only slight criticism is that without the liner and just a t shirt, the back protector velcro is obtrusive. It's in the wrong place imo. Overall I'm delighted with the purchase, including the service provided by Urban Rider. My first with them.”

“Merlin Edale Jacket Review, Having bought some gloves and boots in summer I wanted a jacket for winter riding that was protective against the elements but also stylish and classic looking. I picked the Merlin Edale Jacket for their quality, finish and come highly recommended. “I wanted a jacket with classic looks combined with modern performance within a reasonable budget and the Edale hit all the nails on the head. I was hugely impressed with Urban Rider's size guide, the jacket fit exactly as I expected.”

“Excellent service from urban rider, jacket looks great and quality seems very good but haven't been able to get out as yet, usually have large but medium fits well. Looking forward to getting out on bike and trying it out.”
