“Incredibly solid and reassuring protection that fits under normal clothing. Be aware that it is a thick bit of kit and your jacket must be loose enough to accommodate it. I find it overly thick if I'm honest and my hope of using this under vintage leather jackets that don't have armour was scuppered by the bulk of it. It is nevertheless a superb item and this is not a fault rather an incompatibility. I kept it for larger jackets and purchased the lighter version in addition. Always useful to have. Safety first.”

“The Knox urbane pro MK3 is a quality piece of kit in my opinion. The construction and attention to detail is superb. The airflow through it is so good I was getting cold so had to layer up over the top! I followed Urban Rider's sizing guide and found that Knox's sizing guide was more accurate for me than Urban Rider's. Thumbs up from me for the Knox product and the Urban Rider returns team!”

“Good quality jacket. Do take Urban Rider’s advice on garment sizing- I’m usually an M in most clothes, but the XXL was the size for me. Pockets fit keys and card wallet. Looks and feels cool on bike.”

“This is a great mesh jacket that I bought to go under a leather with no armour in it, and the Knox works really well. Good fit, including the back armour as well, just needs a base layer Tee underneath and a Tee over it and I'm good. Recommended, and was on a deal as well, Happy Days !”

“I live in Virginia and the weather varies alot! I don’t like riding without gear during summer but I was feeling tempted. So I decided to try different options and this one was the winner. The jacket is solid! Ventilation is awesome, back protector covers the entire back not like others… protectors don’t shift as the pando moto uh. (Pando had a cooler material). My only complaint is the wrist part doesn’t have adjustment. Other than that this is perfect and you can put layers over it if it gets cold or rainy.”

“This jacket is amazing, I purchased it for summer riding and it is almost perfect, the airflow is great and the armour coverage is fantastic. The only two small changes I would like to see in the next revision would be a bit more of a stretchy fabric for the neck as I find it pretty snug on my neck and I don't have a thick neck. I would also love to see some sort of zip guard for the main zip, I know the honister has this feature and it just seems like easy thing they should of added to the V3. I am 175cm tall and I weigh 75kgs, I have a small to medium frame, I normally wear a UK 48-50 in leather jackets and the medium from Knox fits me perfectly with an undershirt. The other thing I will say is that the jacket does allow a lot of airflow and if it is below 22 degrees you feel the cold pretty fast and I would advise some sort of wind blocker, but that is what I like about the design and in the Australian summer this is welcome.”
