I bought it to try! Wow! Dont bother, my hands after holding the back smell like cigarettes ash.”
“I wonder what the smoke flavour is made from and how it is added to the tea. I ask because it hangs around and makes the next pot of tea so smokey. It is not subtle like Lapsang_ either the tea blend aand certainly not the smoke.

“I had hoped this tea would resemble Lapsang Souchong which I have always enjoyed. I did not find the Distinctly Smoky tea to be at all similar - indeed I found the taste to be unpleasant and leaving an unpleasant after-taste and smell. I know some tastes take time to appreciate so I will persevere.”
