“Dish water. I have been drinking Twinings Lapsang Souchong for over 25 years. This doesn't come close at all (plus it tastes like dish water). I'm shocked that you actually sell this. Please bring back Lapsang Souchong or stop selling this so-called tea. Thank you.”

“My kids and I enjoyed Twinings Lapsang Souchong for years. Unfortunately, Twinings discontinued it and replaced with a tea which is smokey but sadly has an unpleasant and artificial aftertaste, nothing like the original. I now buy mine from Fortnum’s - their Russian Caravan (delicately smokey) is also a deliciously satisfying cup of traditional black tea with a twist.”
“What happened to Lapsang? This is not at all smoky but it does benefit from a strong chemical taste that is disappointing bordering on the revolting. Such a shame as I loved the Lapsang Twinings used to make.”
