“We ordered a classic oak mantel beam and it arrived in around 7 days. Sadly when it arrived, it was much darker than it looked to be online, although the quality and delivery was spot on. We contacted them and they asked for images. Upon reviewing the images, they kindly agreed to replace the beam with a lighter option. I had it collected and the new one delivered in 3 days. It arrived and it's perfect. I understand that sometimes it doesn't all go to plan and this company did everything right and resolved the situation immediately. Brilliant product and an even better service.”

“Looks great in place. Really finishes off the fireplace well. It did require some additional fixing to the wall as those supplied weren't sufficient but my builder sorted this easily.”

We are sorry you thought that the fixings were not sufficient - As deceiving as they look they would of supported the weight of your beam with ease as per manufacturers guidelines and we never have a problem with them but we understand your concern.
