“Very happy with the beam/mantle that I ordered, From the point of order I was kept informed all the way through the process (even though the order was placed just before Christmas) I was told when my beam was going to be produced, when it was ready and when it was shipped. The online fitting instructions are a great idea and easy to follow. Looking forward to many years using of my mantle. Thinking about ordering some shelves in the future, Good website, great company. I would recommend to anyone looking for beams, shelves and other traditional products.”

“Such beautiful quality! The beam was easy to install and looks stunning above our log burner. We went for the classic shape in light oak and love it. Not too traditional. I was warned the production and delivery would be the New Year, however, to my surprise the beam was delivered before, so we managed to install it in time for Christmas. Thank you.”

“Beautiful piece of wood now looking wonderful over the log burner. We had a problem along the way as the packaging was damaged and fittings lost in transit. When I called Traditional Beams, they couldn't have been more helpful - sorted it out immediately and were really friendly and efficient. Overall an excellent product, experience, and outcome. Would definitely use again.”

“Excellent product, a shame it was damaged by the carrier! A small cash refund and the provision of some wax and stain solved the problem. Customer service was excellent regarding this. The beam is easy to install and is solid onto the chimney breast wall. It looks better than we imagined it would and is the final jigsaw piece in our log burner wall. Thank you for a very good product at a reasonable price.”

“Arrived on time and very well protected. Product is high quality and exactly as described. Only note, the pre-drilled holes are not aligned which made fitting a little tricker, with the holes being 18mm out from each other. Looks great and really pleased with the overall effect.”
