“The briquettes arrived in good time and the delivery driver was helpful. The briquettes are quite small - not a problem for me as they were bought to supplement larger Beech briquettes and also to act as end-of-night fuel (where I don't want to put a large briquette onto the log burner). There are a good many briquettes and they were well wrapped - but a few were useless because they had been wet. Also a good deal of sawdust at the bottom of the bag. Nonetheless, good value for money. I don't know if they are good for burning as Winter has not marched upon us yet!”

You would need to keep your briquettes dry and away from the elements as they will turn to sawdust. Due to the nature of the product and size of the bag a little bit of sawdust can be expected. Unfortunately they're no longer supplied in the bags weighing around 20 kg. These were easy to store and carry from an outbuilding into a house. Now you can only buy a 400 kg builder's bag. Probably better from the plastic waste angle but much less convenient for many households.”
