“We are pleased with our new draws except that they are a little short on capacity.We were thinking of having some more furniture but were not happy with your delivery team.We asked them to take the draws out of there cardboard box, because we are both in our late 70's.My wife has just had a replacement shoulder operation and I have a bad back, but they would not do it. One of them said that he was only the driver, and they had work shedules to complete. Although they were well ahead of shedule for delivery, and it would not have taken them 10 minuets.I struggled on my own to do it,I am now suffering with my back.Perhaps one day they may grow old and have no one to help.Your firm seems to be very uncaring just interested in the money.”

“Dear Top Furniture, just to let you know our Oak Farmhouse chest of drawers arrived safe, undamaged& well packed . Easily taken upstairs by your very welcome delivery men, still packed . It now adorns our back bedroom window wall . Our cat was the first to get parked on the cover I'd placed over the top for protection . She's even fallen asleep ( nothing unusual for her , haha)on it . She must love it too. “The drawers themselves are very nice, but the delivery men were unhappy about taking the item up to a first floor bedroom. As it was a 2 man delivery it seemed reasonable to expect that. This seems a completely impractical option for anyone living in a flat, or even a house like ours. Were we supposed to pay 2 new people to take it up one flight of stairs once they'd dumped it on the ground floor.”
