“The drawers themselves are very nice, but the delivery men were unhappy about taking the item up to a first floor bedroom. As it was a 2 man delivery it seemed reasonable to expect that. This seems a completely impractical option for anyone living in a flat, or even a house like ours. Were we supposed to pay 2 new people to take it up one flight of stairs once they'd dumped it on the ground floor.”

Dear Customer, Thank you for your review of the Farmhouse Country Oak Chest of Drawers. We’re thrilled to hear that you appreciated the quality of the drawers, although we do offer a free 2-man delivery, to a ground floor room of your choice, we cannot guarantee delivery to an upstairs room, ultimately the decision will be made by the delivery team on the day, after they have assessed the situation. If you have any questions, or need any further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us. Kind regards, Customer Support Team
