“Looks good but was not made aware it would be flat packed and that I would have to assemble it or pay delivery drive an extra £20 to do it for me. Did not receive email or call day before as promised but had text from week previous saying delivery would be 7am. Had to take all day off work as received a phone call 0720 telling me delivery van had a flat battery and I would not receive goods till 1200. Neither me nor my company were very happy and I lost a days pay.”
