“Pops on straight over the CM4 into the mounting holes on the CM4 I/O Board without any issues. Seems to assist in keeping the CM4 cooler but never actually run the CM4 without the heatsink so have no comparison. The only issue I had is that there are 2 thermal pads supplied of different thicknesses to install onto the CM4 before fitting the heatsink but there was no instruction as to where exactly the pads were intended for, the main thermal pad was obvious but the second one wasn't.”
