Simply perfect, included everything required to fit it nice and snug on the CM4.

A bit of a tight squeeze in the back of a Retroflag GPi Case 2, but does what is required in so far as managing temperatures on the board

Good interim solution until such time when a fan is needed instead. Needed a tool to work with the small nuts. Remember to remove film from both sides of the pads.

Great compact heatsink that keeps the CM4 cool. Easy to install.

The heatsink looks like it will do the job perfectly. 1 issue however. The instructions show that this can be mounted either directly on a Compute Module 4 or attaching it to the IO board The screws required to attach directly onto the Compute Module 4 were not included in any of the 8 I bought. The screws that were provided were either too long (they were the ones to attach to the IO board) or the wrong type.

This Aluminum Heat Sink is an effective and efficient way to cool the PI. Covers everything keeps my OC in check.

Pops on straight over the CM4 into the mounting holes on the CM4 I/O Board without any issues. Seems to assist in keeping the CM4 cooler but never actually run the CM4 without the heatsink so have no comparison. The only issue I had is that there are 2 thermal pads supplied of different thicknesses to install onto the CM4 before fitting the heatsink but there was no instruction as to where exactly the pads were intended for, the main thermal pad was obvious but the second one wasn't.

Very good, well-made product, performs well for a lightly stressed CM4 but really could do with deeper fins for larger surface area and heat dissipation it you want to stress your CM4
