“Excellent mount, holds the camera well, sufficient friction to secure the camera at the desired angle. The only thing is that the assembly process is quite complicated due to the tiny nuts.”
“Easy but slightly awkward to assemble. Made of acrylic plastic, so easily broken if handled to hard. But once assembled it works fine with the camera module”
“The finished holder is very clever. However, it was astonishingly fiddly to put together. I found the tiny nuts too small to manipulate! However I got it built with the help of a lump of blutack: flattened on one side - place the nut on the worktop and then dab with the blutack to hold it . I could then hold the blutack to give me enough control to get the nuts to line up with the bolts successfully. I've given 3 stars. 5 for the finished holder, 1 for the build.”
“This is the second version of this product i bought. The first time I gave a review I gave was 3 stars because I had so many problems and lost so many nuts. It fit together and basically worked, although I was missing a few nuts on the back.
With the second attempt using a box to catch the dropped nuts, I only lost two. In addition, I finally figured out how to evenly tighten everything so everything went together as expected. I almost gave it a 4 star because of the pain staking time it takes to put together.”
