“Robust, dual purpose, easy to assemble and good looking. Seems quiet too which is useful as I am streaming music via the Raspberry Pi it protects and cools.”
“Makes the pi feel solid and protected - I'll be happy throwing it in a kit bag. Came with 2 sets of heat conductive pads, and the case gets warm, so it's doing the job of pulling the heat out.
But, what it really wants is some rubber feet, mainly to stop it sliding around and maybe allow a little more air in underneath.”
“I like it, it's a nice case and they were thoughtful to provide two sets of heat-sink pads. (BUT do note they have protective film on both sides, not just one as it initially appears, so look for the clear film as well as removing the opaque one from the opposite side). Does seem to cause a bit of an issue with WiFi performance (I know, shocking, all that happened was to add metal all around the board).”
