The basic idea is great: heatsink as a case. The fans are really silent. The pi is kept cool. The only downside is that the GPIO cut is a bit small, and the standard ribbon cable's head does not fit in it. Now I have to connect via individual jumper cables.

Needs side covering to keep out dust and water in extreme locations.

A must have for your Pi 4. It is silent and looks very cool. I was getting a bit worried about heat just using the bare board and so I purchased this heatsink/case and it works very well.

Excellent product - does what it says, keeps the Pi 4 cool. As a Pi newbie some assembly instructions would of been useful.

The fans does hardly any difference and after a while the fans on mine started to make a grinding noise. Those fans wont be long lived

I used copper shims and thermal paste instead of the supplied thermal pads. It idles at 26C and when stress tested it sits about 45C. Very happy with this case. My case worked best with a 0.5mm shim on CPU and 1mm on the others. The fans are also very quiet. I have it on 24/7 as web server
