“The two fans are tiny and I can't hear them running at all. It would be helpful if there were some instructions provided (in the box or online) to say where to connect the plug. I had to peer at the photos on the Pi Hut site to find out. Also, it isn't clear which way round the fans should go. I installed mine blowing at the heatsink, but I had to work this out.
My heat sink came with two sets of thermal stickers, which was thoughtful. Also, an allen key to tighten the screws.”
