“Easy and good fun to put together. However there is an issue with the design. The cutouts for the HDMI connectors are too small and the HDMI cable will not seat fully which meant no signal to my monitor! I removed the side panel to plug in fully, then it worked. (I did then use my mini drill/cutter to enlarge the holes and refit the side panel)”
“I got this to rehouse the board from a box from another supplier as the fan had become noisy after the first day of use. The fan I ordered with this box is much better and has been running 24/7 for a while. With this box and fan combination, the cup is running at around 43°C instead of 60°C as previously.”
“This is a great product. The Pi was running at 60degC until we put it in the case and now achieving a 40 - 42degC average. Lovely little project for my some to put together. Now all we need is a soft start !”
“Bit fiddly to put together, but a little patience and following the instructions on the pi-hut website assisted. Included fan has a very high pitched noise, not noticeable when stuffed under the stairs in my installation but would be annoying if it was on the desktop/”
