“Mine had a small amount of damage (was not visible before unpacking because of the protective plastic film on the pieces), but after contacting the company, I was immediately sent a new one. The person I was in contact with was very friendly.”
“It arrived in good time, and was fairly simple to assemble. However, the holes for the two micro hdmi connectors were too small (and the wall too thick) to allow the plug to make connection. With that side piece removed, however, it seems to provide good protection and sufficient cooling.”
