“For my first time using a Linux distro - any Linux distro - this made it pretty easy. I needed a new SD card for the Pi anyway, and paying a little extra for the convenience of not having to format and load an OS onto it manually was well worth it. Had Raspbian installed and booting to desktop within an hour or so, and most of that time was trying to slot the HDMI cable into my monitor and waiting for the OS to initialise.”
