“I was never able to boot my raspberry pi4 since new a year ago. Written many images to usb without a problem over the years. But suddenly something failed , yet msg was ok. So I bought this ready prepared sdcard just to test the pi4 and bingo it booted , very relieved which told me hardware ok. Now created a backup and installed Rasbian ready for my next project. Why my established software failed I do not know, I downloaded it 3 times and used the recommended imager. Many thanks.”
