“Hi, yes i recently bought the raspbian Preinstalled card but I had to send it back as I ordered a class 10 card and I received a class 4 card, I have sent it back for a refund as I ordered the class 10 but so far I have not yet heard anything on the return, I am very unhappy with the experience of purchasing from the PI hut as 1) I ordered a class 10 and I was charged for a class 10 but no one from the PI hut contacted me to explain that I got the wrong product, and I only noticed it myself when I started checking for reasons to why my PI was slow, and 2) when I contacted the PI hut to get the class 10 card i was told that they had none. so I needed to go to another shop to buy what I needed,
If the PI hut did not have any class 10 cards then they should have emailed me to explain etc, this did not happen, I am currently waiting a refund on the SD card I returned
