“I bought this in July - there was just no debian-only available - and pulled a simple copy, which worked then without problems. Windows downloads always turned out problematic. I made a dist - upgrade and what I got was a sorryyoulockedourselfout overwrite based on a full kernel hack. Apart from this I made the experience a simple cc of that original NOOBS wouldn't boot anymore, so I had to dream up something different. There are many explanations imaginable I don't want to waste my time with . Anyhow is each "Pi Desktop" target of enforced survey and malicious attacks, at least where I am. “Pre-install means NOOBS system installer is already installed for the Libreeleec or Raspbian installation. But the micro SD card and the NOOBS that came with it were not working at all. I had to reformat the SD card and then download the NOOBS again followed by appending it into SD card. After that I had to get into config.txt file to further uncomment hdmi_force_hotplug=1 before booting the NOOBS up to install Libreelec. Don't sell item without fully format, install and configure SD card, NOOBS and config file respectively.”
