“Ordered this 2 days before I found that I could download the OS to a USB or SD and install. The download was seamless and easy. three weeks later this SD arrived. It was seamless and easy, plus it included all nof the suggested software that I'd had to download after my OS inistall. However, the additional cost and time waiting for the SD card to arrive made it obvious that this is a technology that is obsolete.”
“I ordered the new Raspberry Pi 4 with the 4GB memory, a power supply, purple aluminum heatsink case, and a preloaded card. The price all together was under 100 USD, and it was in my mailbox about a week after placing my order.
I configured my pi, connected an external M2 ssd, and was able to play my movies and listen to music easily through my TV. The only thing negative (and completely my fault) is I needed a HDMI to micro HDMI cable for connecting to my TV. Had I paid attention, I would have know that and purchased the cable ahead of time.”
