“Not sure what can be said, it is a PSU, but if you use a Pi4 3A PSU you get various warnings bout it as the desktop starts.
the 5A supply is not strictly necessary unless you are connecting high-power USBs or Hats but why cut corners?”

I can't say much more I only use it for pi 5 but I have not had any issues, the raspberry pi always seem to run better with the official power supply so I would recommend for a pi 5”
