“Bought to power the Pi5 I've just received. I always use the official power supplies as they supply the correct voltage and current necessary to get everything going. There will be plenty of juice available to satisfy the extra power demands of the Pi5 with 27W available.”

“Nice beefy power supply to enable you to use a good range of usb peripherals with the Pi5. No problems with external ssd drives I have tried. Also external usb audio and midi keyboards powered from the Pi.”

“PSU is perfect for the new range of Raspberry PIs. It would be easier if the cable could be separated from the main power block; however, I'm guessing this single USB-C is fit for purpose and should be dedicated to running your new Pi. Good build quality, and is easy to use.”
