“Made my ESP8266 and 32s redundant as they are so much easier to programme in MicroPython and compiling the script when testing again is faster. VScode has a MicroPython extension with full debugging facilities that are better than Thonny but still use the latter to upload the py files. Picos are reliable running 24/7. Also generate little heat so can be enclosed in small project boxes. Best thing about them is procuring them through The PiHut.”
