“Only just getting to grips with this but seems fine. I am using Thonny on desktop to run Python on the Pico. This worked from a Windows desktop but I normally run a Linux desktop and the versions of Thonny in the repositories seem to be old versions not supporting Picp-ised Python. However, the current version direct from Thonny is OK and can be set up as follows from a terminal:
