“Using this as a remote room temperature sensor with WiFi and MQTT as the communication protocol. Sometimes after a power interrupt it does not restart, there are machine resets in the code for exceptions so not sure what the failure mechanism is. However, power failures are not too common and restarts mostly work first time.”

“Great little board, I knocked up a carrier board with screwless push terminals via jlcpcb and soldered this directly too it using the castlated edges. I have yet to play with Bluetooth, hoping to use it to interface my car steering wheel audio controls to a tablet using the BLE keyboard example. You can't beat it for the price, maybe esp32 comes close.”
