Note that it is probably cheaper than any Arduino and you should be able to program it using the Arduino IDE (I have not tried this yet) and I presume you will be able to use WiFi but maybe not Bluetooth.”

It worked out of the box and as it has WiFi adapter you can also hook it to your WiFi.
As a suggestion I would say that it would be nice if it came with a small cheatsheet on how to configure and enable WiFi but there is plenty information on the Internet so no big deal. Still definitely worth the money and it works great.”
