“I bought this after purchasing the non-wireless version some time ago. I am looking for something that can compete with ESP32s and this looked promising. The infrastructure is not quite as mature so I still haven't found some things, but I've only had it a short while. Getting a web server example running was very straightforward, but a Real-time clock was a bit more of an effort.
It is a very interesting board with the WiFi and I am looking forward to investigating its capabilities.”
“Astounding - I thought the Raspberry Pi was relatively inexpensive but still too costly to justify building it into a project. I'm building the Pico into a model railway controller and so far it does everything I want, and I haven't even begun to explore the wireless capability. Very easy to set up and use. Service from Pi hut was prompt and easy.”
