“The question is why didn't I get one of these years ago! The wrapper for Pi Pico in Studio has a debug button which gives breakpoints and single stepping through the code.
So simple to use.
I bought some extra connectors to connect to the Pico and the project PCB.”
“Easy to use with Getting Started Instructions online. Only problem is that the Raspberry Pi Pico 2 doesn't have the JST SH connector or headers (even on headered board) for debug. So I needed to get and solder some headers on myself.”

“Plugged it in. It worked. Waaay better than the compile, hold boot, restart, copy&paste loop. Setting it up for a Rust project in vscode still seems slightly limited (or just more complicated to configure and I'm doing it wrong) as I can't get print outputs and breakpoints to work at the same time.”
“Great product. Only just found out that you can simultaneously debug and utilise the uart over the same USB port. Very handy. Really should read the manual. Only criticism is that the pin outs should be written on the circuit board, would save a lot of faffing about.”
