“The Raspberry Pi 400 Personal Computer Kit is an excellent piece of technology, designed to ease anyone into the world of computing, by gently introducing them to things such as Linux, the command line, and programming, to name a few. The kit comes with everything that you need (apart from a monitor), so all you have to do is plug and play, without having to worry about purchasing everything separately. Additionally, the kit also comes with a book, which is well documented, and not only guides you through the process of setting up your Raspberry Pi 400 for the first time, but also gives you some projects to do in order to be accustomed to using the device as well as the operating system, where you are free to not only copy the code which is provided within the sample projects, but to also modify it further, literally learning through play, no matter how old you are. The operating system (which comes pre-installed) is relatively easy to use, and comes with a series of user friendly programs which are designed to encourage creativity, as well as easing you into the world of programming. The size of the Raspberry Pi 400 itself is perfect, since it's small enough to be carried around and used anywhere, but also large enough to type on without accidentally mashing other buttons, and is roughly the size of a paperback, which means that you can simply put it into your bag and go, bringing all the wonderful joys of programming with you, no matter where you are.”

“I purchased the Raspberry Pi 400 Personal Computer Kit for my niece's birthday. I was a little unsure that she would 'click' with it as she is only young. Happy to say she is over the moon and sending me daily updates on her progress on the Scratch tutorials within the accompanying book. I have owned several Pi products and can happily give the 5-star thumbs up for the Pi 400 from my niece's feedback - Pihut are also brilliant :)”
