This computer system works as an excellent way to prepare the OS for use in other pi projects that may need a keyboard and mouse initially before being set up to work with buttons, or in a headless manner. “I bought this kit, together with a Bluetooth mouse, a USB C power switch, and a sleeve.
It was easy to set up - and I now have Thunderbird and Firefox set up the way I like them. The computer is connected to a 4K monitor. This setup ensures the Pi 400 is always on - and so I'm more likely to experiment with it.
Since purchasing I've used the built in SD card writer to upgrade to a 128GB Micro-SD card and from Buster to Bullseye. (I would recommend doing the latter BEFORE you customise the machine - so a fresh install.)
I've given this 5 stars as this is all very nice. However, I would love to see a "Deluxe Bundle" - with the Bluetooth mouse, sleeve, and USB-C power switch in. Such a bundle would include a 32GB Micro SD card with Bullseye preloaded. (I happened to have the spare 128GB Micro-SD card so I'm not recommending 128GB in general.)
I wouldn't replace what I've just bought with such a Deluxe Bundle, of course, as I'm very happy with what I have.”

“Surprisingly good, the way the pi 4 has been housed in the keyboard is very neat.
I bought this for my wife to replace her old MacBook that will not update its browsers.
For less than a £100 this has more functionality than the old macbook and together with an old TV with HDMI gives a complete computer.
I had to tweek the display offsets in the boot/config.txt but otherwise it required no setup, typing this review on it, very happy with it!”
