“The pi 400 is a fun little gadget, with the latest version of raspbian it’s a littler snappier too with the built-in overlock to 1.8ghz. Unfortunately the latch on the SD card slot broke within a couple of days, but pihut customer service have been very prompt and, having received the RMA (they provided a prepaid label), are organising a replacement.
From issue raised through to receiving the faulty item and responding to say a replacement was on its way was 3 days, including a weekend, so that is pretty reasonable.”
“Brilliant packaging for Raspberry Pi 4 that reminds me of how computers were in the late 80s, early 90s. Keyboard itself is almost identical in size and feel to the Apple Magic Keyboard, so is a little tightly packaged for my fingers!”
