“The case is very well build, nice quality plastic and fits together perfectly. It looks great too in red and was really looking forward to putting them on display. However, the big problem is overheating. Even with the large aluminium heatsink inside this case, the CPU on the Pi4 idles at 80C when placed in the cupboard. This is a deal breaker for me as it results in almost instant thermal throttling. I eventually replaced then with full aluminium cases which dropped the idle temperature by 20C. Very nice but impractical for me :(”
“It needs to have a pre-cut section to attach the fan and a rectangular rather than curved container would be better. Good points are light and simple.”
