I first ordered this in early November- it hasn’t arrived. I contacted Pi Hut last Friday - and the new one hasn’t arrived yet either , 5 days later. So much for 24 hour delivery - and weren’t that interested when I emailed again. They can’t track delivery - so currently I’m short £37 and no Christmas present for my son.

Nice little unit. Does exactly what I need it for. They're being used on two of my 3D printers with Octoprint and Klipper. I use a DC-DC converter for the 5 volt supply connected to the printer PSU, so only one mains plug needed. Makes the printers nice self contained units. I didn't need all the USB ports as I use a Pi camera for time Lapse etc. How did we manage before the Raspberry Pi?

I have to admit that I purchased this model without thinking. As it was the latest release at the time I went for it. I have a number of Pi's and have completed a number of projects one of them being a CCTV camera which has worked installed under our porch for a couple of years. This new Pi is much more compact and although using the standard Pi camera would be difficult as there is no slot in the case. However I have purchased a USB camera (not arrived yet). I do not need the extra USB or ethernet sockets so I will be able to tuck it into a smaller place. Apart from that I wish that I had known about the new Pi 4 Model B which must have come out round about the same time as the Pi3 Model A+.
