“I had a project where I shot a time lapse of tiny mushrooms growing on our backyard. I had outdoor case, but Pi spent couple of weeks outside in rainy and cold weather. There was water everywhere and humidity got few times inside the lens - making images completely gray - which was kind of artistic I have to admit. I was afraid that water would break the sensor or other parts, but no. It still works! My next step is to test if it survives Finnish winter! :)”
“I bought the raspberry Pi camera module to control my 3D printer remotely.
For this I use a raspberry Pi with Raspbian and Octoprint and a Pi camera with a streaming software .
I worked , right out of the box, with super good image quality.
Connect the camera's flat cable, enable it in raspi-config , reboot the Pi : done !! So easy
