“The old PC we used as a file and print server finally gave up the ghost, so I bought a Pi3 as a replacement. Not only is it faster, significantly cheaper, and less power-hungry than its predecessor, it's COMPLETELY SILENT! A win on all fronts.”
“Quick delivery from PiHut, no problems there. I am using the Pi3 as a media player. Only issue is there is no on/off switch! I would happily leave it on, but it seems like it needs a reboot every couple of days - not as stable with openelec as i would like. Ive set up a cron job to reboot at 3am, hopefully thats a good workaround.”
“Great little unit, amazed by the capability of the pi, raspbian and the community. Only scratched the surface so far, will probably use it to try out things to then build as pi zero projects. Good service from Pi Hut too.”
