“All the advantages of a Pi (easy programming, easy to connect to home-made hardware) plus it’s powerful enough for me to use a a general purpose computer! Icedove handles my email brilliantly, and Iceweasel browses the web very adequately on most sites. Side benefit - it hardly consumes any power compared to a normal PC. It uses about 2.5W compared to around 100W, so it will literally pay for itself in 1 year in energy saving. A ‘free’ computer!”

“Quick delivery from PiHut, no problems there. I am using the Pi3 as a media player. Only issue is there is no on/off switch! I would happily leave it on, but it seems like it needs a reboot every couple of days - not as stable with openelec as i would like. Ive set up a cron job to reboot at 3am, hopefully thats a good workaround.”
