“I really like the PI Zero. It's perfect when you need a more powerful device than a common MCU with WIFI and Bluetooth.
The Zero has a low power consumption (much less than the other PI models).”
“This mighty little computer has valiantly resurrected my old laser printer to be on our wireless network, and at a cost of less than £10. Our iPhones, Macs and a PC are all printing happily away, allowing a second printer to take on work when the other runs dry. My next Pi Zero W project will be shared work calendar always on display in our home. Efficiency with economy!”
“Received in a large padded envelope pi in small anti static bag. Only other thing in package was invoice. First time I had used a pi zero so when I powered it on to test thought it was dead but after reading up on it purchasing a mini HDMI adaptor and flashing as card worked a treat. Pleased with purchase and planning to purchase a few more pi zeros in the near future”
“Trying to find someone who had the Pi Zero W in stock was proving to be a problem. These little chaps sell out so quickly and are very popular amongst radio amateurs at the moment.
The Pi Hut were also out of stock but I gave them my details and as soon as they had it in stock they sent me an email.
Order placed and two days later I had the Zero W. Well done the Pi Hut.”
“Unbelievable bit of kit. For someone starting off in the Linux world, I would highly recommend tinkering with one of these before upgrading to a Pi 4 etc. Has just enough power for many cool projects, and at the price it sits at currently (£10) – incredible!”
