“Bought a Raspberry Pi 3 Starter Kit with a view to sending Audio to the TV via airplay. Loaded the Pi with Volumio first, but was unable to get any audio output. Then loaded the Pi with Kodi and had success right away. Using TuneBlade on the PC I can now send synchronous Audio to 3 players simultaneously using airplay.
All in all a very useful bit of kit.”
“Good package, all you need to get started (as the name says). Two comments though
- as the picture shows the components are white and black. I would be nice if all were same color, or even better if you could choose
- the MicroSD is (as advettised) a micro SD without the SD adapter: make sure you have one”
