“Does exactly as needed. As others have stated it, it's very high pitched when running. But you can easily adjust temperature the fan comes on at in the PI OS.
Preferences > Pi Config > Performance
Turn on the fan toggle, set fan to GPIO14, this is where the default instructions recommend you fit it to. I set the temp to 75. Then reboot your Pi to apply.”
“The starter kit arrived in a lovely small box, no wastage here! All items accounted for and easy to put together for the most part. One little quibble would be the case didnt seem to want to sit flush with the pi outputs when initially connected. I found I had to push the cables in whilst the pi was in the bottom before pushing the lid on to ensure it all stayed level.”
