“I purchased two starter kits. They arrived withing a couple of weeks. Everything was in place, according to order and my RPi was up and running in a matter of minutes. Only thing that could make this easier is if I had someone to actually plug in the thing to the wall outlet.
Only two minor gripes:
1. The case. It could have been a bit easier to fit the RPi board on the case. At first I was worried that the board might break, as I had to push it to fit into the case. Once in though it fitted like a glove. Moreover a couple of ventilation holes on the top side would be nice.
2. Packaging. Although everything arrived in perfect shape the package box was a bit beaten up. Obviously the people handling it in mail / airport were not very concerned with it arriving intact. As I said, everything was ok on the inside, but maybe you would like to consider more robust packaging in the future, so that it can take more beating by the mailman.
All in all, I am very pleased with my purchase and I would most definitely consider buying from the Pi Hut in the future again.”
“The product is awesome, too bad that there was an error in the shipment and I received the wrong AC adapter (UK instead of European). Still trying to get a solution from support. As soon as they fix it, I'll add the remaining stars :)”
