“I bought my first Pi a year ago. After I got the Pi I used an old HDMI cable I'd lying round and had to use one of my phone chargers to power it. I then needed to buy a network cable and a SD card for the Operating System.
With the card I installed RaspBMC to download movies and stuff. I had to do it from a laptop meaning I'd to download an application to format it and install the Operating System. The first time I did it it had to connect to the internet to download stuff and this failed. So after a bit of googling and work I repeated the process and it worked.
I then needed a case as the Pi was gathering dust so I made one out of lego bricks. it looked cool but the lego bricks cost more than the Pi. And every time I needed to get at the pi I'd have to take it apart.
When I got my new Pi from the PiHut it had all the cables, a pre-installed SD card ready to go and a nice looking box for the pi which was easy to disassemble. I was up and running in 10 minutes. So easy and it actually turned out cheaper than buying the components individually.
I would highly recommend this kit.”
“Great package and has everything that was promised.
The case was a bit frustrating to get the pi into but that's probably my clumsyness, once it's in the pi and case looks awesome.
Just a shame that there was no order tracking when I ordered the pi, but it got here as it should.
Great service!”
“The kit arrived quickly and is as advertised. However, the case takes some careful putting together and there are no instructions. Took me a while to figure out.”
