“Works like promised but I would recommend to get a USB Hub with it you need at least 2 USB ports to run it e.g. for wlan and keyboard, maybe the next version has a built in wlan chip like the pi 3”
“It looks great but it has some design flaws. the layer that is supposed to lie directly on the hardware is missing holes for two tiny electronic elements which forces to not tighten the screws under the risk of breaking something.
Also, the topmost layer bends over the HDMI port - I had to cut some tiny plastic adapters to lift it a fraction of millimeter higher.”
“I'm really missing access to SD port. However, it really looks awesome and is very solid and compact.
It could be designed slightly better as I had to carve little holes as it's lying on some micro elements on the Pi.”
“An excellent product from an excellent supplier so it is a pity that the shop page lets the side down with an inaccurate description. Note that the bottom layer is NOT clear as described but red as shown. There are 5 layers not 4. although the 5th does not seem necessary and is not shown in the picture which is the only assembly guide available. How hard would it be to add an image showing the parts in the correct order and more importantly the correct orientation for each? My only disappointment with the case is that it is not suitable for right angled GPIO headers without modification although that does look easy enough to do if wanted.”
“This is a really funky and very cool case. The colours are not too hipster. The construction is very good, it will probably last longer than me,. and I love the slightly rough texture. All in all, I'm very happy with this. I just wish the Pi zero acme with 2 normal sized USB slots (for wifi and key/mouse), but heh ho.”
“I purchased this as an experiment, but found that the computer is powerful enough to do some interesting scientific FORTRAN programming under the debian based Linux OS.”
